24/04/2012 – PLAN OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS 2011 – 2014 OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO
In a very positive scenario, with lots of opportunities of economic and social development, the State of Sao Paulo issued this month a new policy so-called International Relationship Project, aiming to extend the ways of attracting financial resources from international entities, increasing the investments related to infra-structure as well as developing the public-private partnership with international players. In this sense, there is an expectation that the first projects should be executed with Spanish and Portuguese entities which have already been invited for negotiation. From the private entities perspective, the new public policy represents a good opportunity to expand international businesses in the Brazilian State of Sao Paulo, creating an important flow of opportunities between the other countries and Brazil.
