She has experience advising Brazilian and multinational companies operating in highly regulated and complex industries. Her practice encompasses the structuring and negotiation of strategic agreements, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance matters, due diligence, and legal support for M&A transactions.
Throughout her career, she has worked at law firms and in companies across the automotive, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, logistics, technology, clinical research, and mining sectors, advising on strategic projects and transactions of national and international significance.
