With more than 30 years of experience, including 20 years as a Legal Director, he has distinguished himself through his leadership in managing complex projects, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. He has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, with strong knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to cross-border operations.
