Lava Jato Operation has changed the Brazilian business scenario in a way it has never been seen before. The largest and most qualified companies in the infrastructure market in Brazil were found involved in a bribery scheme, being forbidden to enter into public agreements with state-owned companies, pursuant to Law 8.666/93.
