Considering the important role undertaken by Almeida Advogados in assisting various operations on the field of Stock Market, Merges and Acquisitions, it is with great pleasure that the Office makes public its association to ABVCAP, as Associate Member, starting on March 2009. The participation of Almeida Advogados at ABVCAP will certainly contribute to the actions and projects in the sector of venture capital and private equity, as well as for the organization of meetings, lectures and the diffusion of knowledge concerning the long-term investment industry in Brazil.
