Allan has extensive experience in Tax Law, having worked for more than two decades on advisory matters involving tax and customs aspects related to corporate reorganizations and domestic and international tax planning, as well as analyses of specific tax issues affecting various sectors of the economy, including technology, chemicals, entertainment, construction, automotive, trade and distribution, warehousing, and logistics.
In addition, he has significant experience in tax administrative and judicial litigation and advises clients on the assessment of tax incentives, administrative consultations, and requests for special tax regimes related to their business activities. He also handles challenges arising from assessments conducted by the country’s federal tax authorities and represents the interests of economic sectors by issuing legal opinions for industry and trade associations, with particular emphasis on matters involving the technology sector.
