  • Representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings, while partnering with them to create and implement strategies aimed at mitigating environmental risks;

  • Assisting with environmental licensing, environmental impact studies and reports and compliance measures required by environmental agencies;

  • Engaging in due diligence to evaluate environmental liabilities and create action plans for adhering to legislation, while mitigating risks and handling environmental contingencies;

  • Supporting companies’ registration with the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR);

  • Supporting the preparation of a Recovery Plan for Degraded Areas (PRAD), Solid Waste Management Project (PGRS) and contacts with environmental agencies to convert administrative fines into environmental services;
